Although I moved out of the city in 2019, I still have a base in Notting Hill and Iβm back in London often, for work and to see family. Iβm only 90 minutes away, so if youβre looking for a London wedding videographer, I can help.
Iβve filmed countless weddings in London, and one of my favourite things is capturing the life, energy and romance of the best city in the world (I may be biased!). Some of my favourite wedding videos were filmed in London. Thereβs nothing quite like it, with its huge variety of cultures and architecture all coming together in beautiful chaos, and in the heart of the city is the River Thames β fancy partying on a boat? Every time I film a London wedding, the city itself becomes a character in the video, and Iβm always inspired by the hustle and bustle of the environment. London has a rhythm, a pulse, and I love how this vibrancy seeps into the weddings.

Naturally, I pay attention to the surroundings, tourists smiling and waving as the couple walk past, impeccably dressed doormen, fashionistas, bicycles, London taxis and buses and everything that makes the setting unique.
LONDON WEDDING VENUES
London offers an amazing array of wedding venues, each with its own character and appeal. Ideally a London wedding video should be as dynamic, engaging and unique as the city itself.
One of my favourite London wedding venues is Syon Park, a stunning blend of historic opulence and natural beauty, with the magnificent Great Conservatory its signature feature. Here’s a Syon Park wedding video. Or you could pick one of Londonβs famous 5 star hotels, such as Claridgeβs or the Savoy, both of which exude an elegant, timeless charm. Fulham Palace and Hampton Court Palace allow you to step back in time and add a regal touch to the big day. Fulham Palace is gorgeous yet intimate and chilled, and youβd never know you were in London – here’s a Fulham Palace wedding video. Hampton Court Palace is much bigger in scale and impact, if you want somewhere especially grand. Another royal option is Kensington Palace Gardens which offers classic luxury and charm, with great light and of course beautiful grounds.
On the modern end of the scale, the Gherkin and Shangri-La at The Shard have panoramic city views which are unbeatable.
Weddings at the Dorchester or the Corinthia can be very glamorous, while the world-famous Kew Gardens has so much to see with grand architecture and breathtaking botanic gardens. The Natural History Museum offers a unique mix of culture and history set in the spectacular Hintze Hall or one of the smaller galleries, that is unlike any other venue.
Moving away from the centre of town, weddings in Richmond and Twickenham have their own charm, and Richmond Park adds breathtaking scenery, while the River Thames can be serene once you escape from the big smoke. Pembroke Lodge is a popular venue within Richmond Park, and as such is unique, with fabulous views. Iβll capture the personality and ambience of your chosen location without turning your film into a real estate ad, so that your wedding video does justice to the backdrop, which after all is somewhere you fell in love with.
